CHILDREN AND REDUCTIONS
Special reductions are reserved to children from 0 to 12 years old. Reductions for children or other reductions as for 3° and 4° added bed are referred to accommodation in room with two person which pay the full amount. Cradles and meals for infants, if required, are settled in loco.
ANNULMENT
According to uses and customs of local hotels, the guest has to pay a compensation to hotelier in the case of annulment with the following percentages:
-30% of the stay price, if the renunciation is communicated between 60 and 20 days before the arrival;
-90% of the stay price, if the renunciation is communicated between 19 and 4 days before the arrival;
-100% of the stay price, if the renunciation is communicated 3 days before the arrival, with the minimum which correspond at the price of 1 day.
The eventual deposit constitutes the partial or total payment of this penalty.
The conditions of annulment expressed in the voucher are valid for the last-minute telephone reservation which is guaranteed by credit card without deposit.
